Brick storefront on a small downtown street at dusk

About

The store is new. The craftsmanship isn't.

A family-owned jewelry store in downtown Farmington, led by a jeweler with 49 years of experience making jewelry by hand.

Who We Are

A new name, a long-practiced trade

Farmington Jewelers opened recently on Grand River Avenue in Farmington, MI. It's family-owned and run by jeweler Kevork Ajemian, who has spent 49 years making jewelry by hand.

That's the whole idea behind the store: a fresh, modern shop where the work is done by someone who has been doing it for a very long time. No layers between you and the bench.

We'd like to be the jeweler this neighborhood keeps coming back to — for the engagement ring, the anniversary piece, and the small repairs in between.

49 Years at the Bench

Kevork Ajemian leads the shop and does the work. 49 years of hands-on jewelry making is what lets us take on custom pieces with confidence and talk plainly about what a design will take.

When you come in, you're talking with the person who will make your piece.
